Changing the latitude redraws the whole year's band in place, with no page reload and no submit step.
TarnwickType a latitude and Tarnwick draws the whole of 2027 as one band: sunrise along the bottom edge, sunset along the top. Push it north and the band swells, then breaks apart into midnight sun and polar night.
